Professional and honored our agreement. The MSRP increased on our new car by the time the dealership received it. They honored the old price. They gave me a fair deal on a ceramic coating so it was ready when I got to the dealership. They also accidentally installed an option I did not request and ended up not charging me for it. I would certainly deal with Kyle and Sacramento Lexus again. More

RESOLUTION: Russ reached out to me and went tremendously above and beyond to ensure the outcome was a positive one. Thank you Russ! I took my vehicle to my local dealer that does my service for my other above and beyond to ensure the outcome was a positive one. Thank you Russ! I took my vehicle to my local dealer that does my service for my other vehicles and they informed me that the rotors on the vehicle are warped. I called Lexus of Sacramento and they scheduled me an appointment for 2/10 at 10am. Kyle reached out to me for something else and knew to expect me plus the dealer even confirmed my appointment- and then I got a call that I missed at 8:30 from Nick Cruz saying they "don't have a used car technician on the weekends". A used car is just a new car with some miles on it, and a Lexus is a Toyota. I also never heard back from the sales manager Bryon Burdette after sending him an email and calling him. Hopefully they will foot the bill for the repairs as I live 2 hours away and will not be driving out to them again...but I'm happy to keep updating my review either way. More
