For this reason it is important that the sales person I deal with knows their stuff and can display professionalism. Jannet Gonzalez met me and my 14 year old daughter with eye contact and a firm handshake. Some lesser sales people have chosen to ignore my daughter’s presence and the importance of engaging with her as part of the sale. She impressed us with her knowledge of all aspects and details about the 2016 GTI we took for a test drive. When it came time for negotiations she once again displayed professionalism in hearing me out and responding with meaningful and reasonable counters to my numbers. Jannet keeps a level head during the negotiation and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need, offering water and use of her office to call my bank. She went above and beyond once we settled on a price for the GTI and my trade in. She worked with service to arrange repair of some minor paint damage to the car along with a loaner car. Her follow-up after the sale was not necessary but has been welcome. Jannet is not the kind to make the sale and forget about you. She has been consistent with making sure my needs were met and that I am satisfied. Finance was a pleasure too. No high pressure for add-ons from Kirk Yost. He knows his stuff inside and out as well and was professional and friendly. I am more than satisfied. I am thrilled with the experience and the car. I will return in the future to do business with Jannet and I recommend you do so as well!! More

Such as you need twice as many oil changes for the extended warranty to be valid. When presenting gap insurance we we're given the deal of "It's the same monthly payments with our without gap insurance." Meaning he could go up or down on the price just to be able to bundle gap insurance or extended warranty and keep the same monthly payments. We left the leadership a little uneasy andd looking over the paperwork we realized those extras were an extra 2k on the loan, extended warranty seemed useless and gap insurance was free with our insurance. We returned to cancel them but Kirk didnt seem as friendly as the first time of the sale. More

I'm on the phone all day for work, so I needed to communicate via email and text. I worried this would be a problem, but it wasn't at all. Within a few minutes of my inquiry, Jannet Gonzales sent me a video walk thru of the car I was interested in. Not a stock video, a personalized video recorded minutes before just for me! Who provides that level of service? I went to the dealership the next afternoon and Jannet had the car and the paperwork ready to go. I drove it, loved it and signed the papers. The whole process took about an hour. So impressed. Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely kind and genuine...it was exactly the experience I was longing for, and I'll definitely be back.
