In the past thirty days I took my 2022 RX350 to this service center twice driving more than 50 miles round trip each time. Staff further stated the option I wanted repaired was never an option on my vehicle to justify my dismissal and continue to infuriate me by refuting the details I described regarding the performance of this option prior to both service visits. This calamity of events all started with my initial service representative not handling the matter satisfactorily. Although the service representative the second time was very empathetic there was no change to the repair which as I insisted was not to the standard of my original functionality I was challenged and dismissed by the technology director who insisted adimently I was wrong about the issue and insulted me as he and others listened to my complaint then stated the repair was aligned with the model year specifications and offered no further interest in making sure I was satisfied as a 20 year Loyal Lexus customer. More
