I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

My service advisor is usually Heather Cullen. She is the Cat's Meow! Over the weekend I had a service problem with one of my tires and I contacted Heather, but found her unavailable. I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie Massengillle and the service manager David Wilke. They were also incredible. I am an insurance adjuster and have seen the very best to the worst. I'm buying my next car from Lou Sobh Honda because of the many pleasant experiences. GREAT JOB LOU SOBH! More
