I called to get an oil change, and I got an appointment that same day and right after I got off of work. I needed my brake fluid changed also and new tires which I would have had to go somewhere else but that same day and right after I got off of work. I needed my brake fluid changed also and new tires which I would have had to go somewhere else but they had the tires and they had specials for all three things. I love a deal !! Great people helping you out and getting you back on the road safely .🥰 More

Having been in the car business for the better part of nearly 2 decades and needing to shop for a new car post-pandemic, my wife and I were not thrilled. We shopped and we shopped. Low inventory. High Mar nearly 2 decades and needing to shop for a new car post-pandemic, my wife and I were not thrilled. We shopped and we shopped. Low inventory. High Mark-ups. EXCEPT AT Norm Reeves Cerritos. I met Kim Kelly while finalizing paperwork for a company vehicle. She was responsive. She was knowledgeable. Mostly, she was direct and honest. After presenting me with options on other vehicles, we decided to lease a new Honda Clarity. Online application to Kim overnight, approval the next day, and we picked up our Clarity. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no hidden costs. Ramzi handled our paperwork in finance with professionalism and efficiency. We will be back for our next Honda, and definitely recommend buying here and with Kim Kelly Lujan. Thanks guys! More

She made our options very clear and we were able to make our decisions with veritable ease. Kim made our experience with Norm Reeves as pleasurable as possible!! Our wait after the sale took longer that we would have hoped, but all was good!!! Thank you to ALL!!! More

I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda buying my Honda CR-V. The trade in on my previous Honda was extremely fair and the negotiation process was short with no stressful sales tactics . All my conve Honda CR-V. The trade in on my previous Honda was extremely fair and the negotiation process was short with no stressful sales tactics . All my conversations and dealings with Kim Kelly Lujan and Susanna Lim were professional, considerate and efficient. They both took the time to explain and go through everything with me . It was a great experience and will return when I want to purchase another Honda. More

I was in the market for a Honda Odyssey and I saw the perfect used vehicle for my family at this dealership which was 90 miles from my home. My family and I went to the dealership on Friday, November 13t perfect used vehicle for my family at this dealership which was 90 miles from my home. My family and I went to the dealership on Friday, November 13th and we all really liked the van. We had our own financing arranged with our credit union. We didn’t want to take the van that same day since it needed a spare key fob which had to be programmed. We asked if we could put a deposit and come back on Thursday the 19th to finalize the transaction and we were told we had to sign their finance contract that same day and arrange our credit union to mail a cashiers check to them before we were to pick up the van on Thursday. When reviewing the contract, I brought to the attention of the finance person, Brett, that my husband had to be listed as the buyer and myself as the co-buyer since he had the qualifying income. The contract was drawn up as the opposite, myself buyer and my husband co-buyer. I brought this to his attention and he said it would be fine. I mentioned this to him several times and he finally was willing to make the change, however he didn’t know how. He called one of his co-workers to assist him make the changes and his co-workers began to show him how and then that co-worker asked why do we want to do this and I explained to him that my credit union may have an issue with this because of the income and he said don’t worry it will be okay as is. He said don’t Change anything because he would have to change all the paperwork. Needless to say it was not acceptable from our credit union, so we let Brett know by phone three days later. We had to resign all the paperwork with the corrections and make the down payment which Brett told us had to be made to the credit union which was also incorrect, the down payment had to be made to the dealership in order for our credit union to process the check for the financed amount. We finally left and went to our credit union which was only a mile away to sign our loan documents and pick up the cashiers check for the balance of the vehicle. We were very fortunate that the credit union was so close otherwise we would have gone through a hassle. We dropped off the cashiers check and got a receipt and finally left the dealership. On November 23rd a letter was generated and signed by Brett stating that the contract was unable to be assigned to a financial institution and therefore the vehicle has to be returned. We received two of these letter on November 27th. I then attempted to contact a manger in the finance department and left several voice mails and no one bothered to return my call. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership and the way they do business. I should have looked at reviews in depth before ever going to this dealership. I will definitely do my due diligence in verifying the reviews on a dealership in the future before doing business with them. When you do so much volume you tend to lose the importance that every customer matters. I am still waiting for someone to contact me in management. Hope this review helps others. More
