We couldn't be happier with our experience with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of Cerritos and our sales person Kim Kelly. Our initial phone call was with Kim, she didn't give me any xx or false promises, but what she did give us was solutions, she made us feel that we were going to find the vehicle that we were looking for! We have NEVER had such a pleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle. Every person that we met at the dealership was very nice and made us feel very welcome. Before calling Norm Reeves Honda I had called about 20 other dealers looking for a Honda Ridgeline...trust me I'm not kidding I have a list if you would like to see it of who I spoke with, MOST of the other dealers would take the info and say they would call us back and never did or tell us a xx story that they had it or could get it and then after a couple of phone calls or even emails would never get back to us....I was wondering where the helpful man from the commercial was....I guess I found him with Kim! We will always recommend Norm Reeves Honda Superstore and especially KIM to everyone that we know that might be looking for a vehicle. More

Kim Kelly was awesome! We are expecting our first child and wanted a affordable car. Kim bent over backwards to get us into a lease program we wanted. My experience with Reeves Honda began with email exchanges as I looked for a new Ridgeline. When I arrived at the dealership (115 miles from my home), the vehicle was available, as described, and th exchanges as I looked for a new Ridgeline. I have known Kim Kelly for 3 years. She assisted me before with a lease and now with a purchase. She is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and patient in answering my questions. Kim Kelly was very nice and informative about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anythin CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I contacted about 5 Honda dealers to see who had the best price which Norm Reeves Cerritos did but that isn't the only reason I purchased my CR-V there.
