After having some sour experiences with car salesman and dealerships in the past, I would say that dealing with Omid and Charlesglen gave me a better and different approach/experience when buying a car. I put a deposit down at the end of August 2021 with the feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. Then I was informed that I will be receiving a 2022 model and asked to pay more money. It feedback that I would receive my new vehicle by Christmas. Then I was informed that I will be receiving a 2022 model and asked to pay more money. It finally arrive in May just before I was to go on holidays.only to be informed the my accessoies were not ordered. The dealership was pivotal in getting the accessoies ordered and installed within a few days. I feel very lucky to have time to get familiar with my new ride before leaving. I can't thank thank the dealership enough as it has made our vacations enjoyable and stress free. The RAV4 is performing well and handles well. It has many features that make driving it a joy. The navigation and audio system are much-needed accessory that driving it fun. More

She maintained regular contact during the wait for the vehicle and was very helpful with an issue that occurred with my trad purchase of a new RAV-4. As well, she maintained contact with me during an unexpected medical issue that I had. She is very definitely customer oriented and recognized my dealing with Charlesglen since 1989.
