We drove 1 1/2 to look at this truck - when we got there he had the truck pulled up waiting for us. I was also pleased with being very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. Best and smoothest experience with a dealership. I reached out to Stephanie via the dealership's online chat room, and within 20 minutes of our initial contact, I submitted a credit application and w I reached out to Stephanie via the dealership's online chat room, and within 20 minutes of our initial contact, I submitted a credit application and was approved for the make and model that I wanted - all before ever stepping into the dealership. Three days later, I went in and picked up the car. Kevin Sikora, the Sales Associate that I worked with, helped me figure out what the best terms for me would be. Both Stephanie and Kevin were kind, friendly and professional during my experience. I will be back to purchase another car from them after my lease is up. More

The folks at Toyota of Boardman are experienced at handling the process, and take care of all of the paperwork, including collecting your state's sales tax and doing all of the work for you. And, they can get you processed very quickly if you need to, once you make your decision. Also, they can arrange to pick you up at the Cleveland airport - which is about 80 miles away - saving you the hassle of renting a car and returning it. I got a great deal on a fantastic vehicle. I had never been too interested in the "Certified Pre-owned" process before, but doing that really puts you at peace of mind that everything on the car is "just right". I would say the only small hitch was, i was in the finance person''s office before getting a chance to take the car for a short spin. I was already 99.99% sure that I was buying the car, but just had to drive it a little to make absolutely certain. More

I used their website to find what I was looking for. The random sales associate I reached to inquire about its availability (Kevin) was super responsive, the negotiating was done via text on a Friday afternoon. I arrived Saturday afternoon (last day of the month) and had the keys to my gently used Tacoma in just over an hour. Scott the finance manager was thorough without being pushy and took the time to explain the options and trade-offs for the various programs they offer with the sale. And as a last minute issue came up after all the paperwork was signed, Kevin and the team at Boardman Toyota went to bat to make me whole. I was pleasantly surprised at the time and now having had a few days to process the experience, I realize just how stellar the experience was. More
