They lied before I bought my van. Then wouldn't help. I am VERY dissatisfied with the entire dealership. The online person lied about the warranty. Then the salesman promised that they had done everything to make sure it was a good vehicle. Then the next day when I called about the check engine light coming on, the sales manager dodged my calls all day. I drove up on Monday morning they worked on it. Then on my way home the light came back on. Next day I called and was told they would do nothing more to help me. I called the general manager and he refused to take my call or call me back. I am extremely dissatisfied!! More

My tires were purchased from the time Suntrup owned dealership My warranty was from them. I came here hoping my titres would be covered. No luck, but they did work me in and patch it. Only wish my dealership My warranty was from them. I came here hoping my titres would be covered. No luck, but they did work me in and patch it. Only wish my warranty on my car was good here. Instead, I have to drive to S. County for service. Was shocked to find out that one of my tires was different from other three. I paid for 4 of same. The one needing repair was not covered.! Kevin was very nice in helping me. Lesson learned from previous owner. More

Least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. I went in with a bad attitude due to dealing with the Napleton dealerships, and Clement is no where close to the same!
