So many things wrong with this place! Don’t buy from here!!!!! Nothing but issues since I got my brand new Santa Fe on 8/1. Should’ve known it’d be all downhill when they Put on the paperwork the car here!!!!! Nothing but issues since I got my brand new Santa Fe on 8/1. Should’ve known it’d be all downhill when they Put on the paperwork the car had 24 miles on it, when I got in to drive it off the lot it said 263! Didn’t notice before signing because test drove another car. And by then, they had already submitted to my credit union and didn’t want to mess up the financing. Then when we drove the car home to east side of town noticed the rear seats shaking terrible & the front end had a slight wobble. Brought it back for them to fix a door ding from the lot & their response to the shaking was the tires had possible flat spots & to drive the car for 1500-2k miles to correct itself. I then took it to holler Hyundai because the rear seats shaking are annoying and wanted a second dealer to look & diagnose. Sure enough flat spots in tires. Trying to get ahold of someone to get this resolved and no response regardless of communication method!!! More

On July 25th, 2021, I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from your company Greenway Hyundai of Orlando, with the understanding that I was purchasing a certified vehicle with a functioning motor. On the day of pu your company Greenway Hyundai of Orlando, with the understanding that I was purchasing a certified vehicle with a functioning motor. On the day of purchasing the vehicle, Greenway Hyundai service team was very pleasant, and helpful, and ensured me that all used cars were fully inspected and certified before being sold. On August 3rd, 2021 I decided to take the car to my local Ford dealership (Paradise Ford) for an inspection due to the check engine light coming on. I was informed by Paradise Ford dealership that the car had a blown head gasket and needed to be repaired. I immediately contacted the service manager in which I was instructed to bring the vehicle in to the service department. As of to date, the vehicle has been in their service department possession since 8/4/2021 and the communication has been little to none existing. The past Thirty-three (33) days have been filled with broken promises and lies concerning repair timelines, solutions, and call backs for updates. Since 8/4/2021 my family and I have called Greenway Hyundai over forty times and only received 4 call backs with lies such as the wrong motor being ordered 8/12/2021, the motor came in, but it didn’t fit because someone ordered the wrong motor again 8/19/2021, and the motor was ordered 8/25/2021 and the car will be ready by 9/7/2021 as promised on 8/30/2021. On Friday September 3, 2021 I called and was informed that the motor had not arrived at Greenway. Greenway managers dodge phone calls, give false deadlines, and continuously lie when promising to call back with an update. I personally do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Greenway Hyundai Orlando. More

So when you see the price of the car online they show you different after you get there also they tried to put me in an expsive car I said no I ain't want that so they should me a different one and charged s different after you get there also they tried to put me in an expsive car I said no I ain't want that so they should me a different one and charged same price of the first one did not know till after I signed then I did trade in and down payment and they never lower the price they say all these dealer fees and bull crap that they can have some one call me to run the number I don't want that I want the real explation to what happens to my trade in cause come on they never bought my old car from me they saved money actution it out and made more money so they can do me a favor and lower the price when the made and got paid for the new car and old car and down payment they were all worried about some score that they will help me with a free incitive but never solved my issues yes they took gap and warranty off lower it down but never made it to the price of the down and trade in the finance people will pull a fast one try everything they can do to be nice help you out and everything when you give them good score maybe to get a bounces pay for good rating you don't here from them no more they claim they want to be your friend but friends have each others back not them no more I'll go to CarMax never had this issue with them and I advice everyone else to go to CarMax to and to watch out from this place More

This is the worst dealership I have ever did business with. I purchased a new car from them back in September of 2020. They tried a bait and switch, I agreed on a price on a car that I test drove, sign with. I purchased a new car from them back in September of 2020. They tried a bait and switch, I agreed on a price on a car that I test drove, signed all the papers then brought out a different model. Then said I would have to pay more for the car I test drove. Worked that out now, I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund on a mistake they made and I cannot get anyone to help me or call me back. Ken Sidana, never responded to emails, and the accounting department is a mess, every excuse. Nobody knows who I need to talk to, they just pass me to someone else. Customer Service Sucks!!!!! More
