Sales reps have always been very patient and easy to deal with. No pressure and plenty of expertise over several years of buying/leasing 7 vehicles from this dealer. Service leaves a little bit to be desir with. No pressure and plenty of expertise over several years of buying/leasing 7 vehicles from this dealer. Service leaves a little bit to be desired. Not always so friendly. In one case a car jocky HIT my new vehicle in the parking lot and they had to repair it. I've been a little skittish about leaving my car with them since then. However the dealer repaired the vehicle, of course, at no charge. More

Everyone was helpful and all have be come a friend in one way or another. My name is Steven Cohen, Northbrook, IL. I recently purchased a 2008 Suburban from Jennings Cheverolet but I have been a customer for years both purchaseing cars and service. Any time I call in they treat me with respect, order parts with realistic pricing and deliver. I feel that they really know there inventory and parts. I have never felt pushed and are very lucky to have a Chevy store near my home that has service till 11pm... Other dealers are not around right now. I am sure there are plenty of reasons. Jennings diffinatley is ahead of other dealers due to there people and service. I come from a family business too. Whenever I have a problem or have a question, I know I can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. He sets up an appointment and is always right there when I bring the car in.He is frie can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. I trust him with what he tells me, and that means alot to me. More
