Tale of a good customer gone bad then GREAT I had the bad fortune of being with a salesperson who didn't care and is no longer with you (that's a good thing). So I went back to Jennings and talk I had the bad fortune of being with a salesperson who didn't care and is no longer with you (that's a good thing). So I went back to Jennings and talked with Andy ( He's the BEST) and told him my story. He said I will give you a person who WILL sell you a Suburban. Guess What I get Debby!! O my God I was scared not to buy from her . She called me night and day to tell me she found a 2 wheel drive tri color white Suburban in Missouri. What I said , I'm not going to Missouri! She told me don't worry we will go get it for you. Well now your talking. I gave her my credit card number for a down payment ( she promised she would not go shopping on me) My wife would have something to say then. WELL when it arrived Debby called to say I had a baby and its here. Well like she said it was just Beautiful. She went over it 10 times so she knew I was aware of all the features. WOW what a Sales Girl I'll keep her and Andy. Also a pleasure to deal with Davis and Mr. Walsh Jim Jennings you have great people.Thanks More

Poor Service I made an appointment weeks ago for a trunk latch recall on my 2002 Buick Park Avenue. After waiting I was told to come back another time. When I aske I made an appointment weeks ago for a trunk latch recall on my 2002 Buick Park Avenue. After waiting I was told to come back another time. When I asked why I was told by Ken Schultz and I quote "I don't know." When I asked again they said they have to order the part. Why would you make an appointment with me if you didn't have the part or at least contact me that the part wasn't in before I came. Then to add insult to injury they tell me that my alignment is out and one of my tires are worn. I told him you are wrong I bought those tires brand new two weeks ago. Where does Jennings get the right to check my tires when I brought my car in for a trunk latch recall. More

Just bought 5th SUV from Jennings Have been shopping at Jennings for almost 25 years. Over the years have purchased a Blazer, S10 Blazer, Equinox, Suburban and now a 2017 Equinox. Jen Have been shopping at Jennings for almost 25 years. Over the years have purchased a Blazer, S10 Blazer, Equinox, Suburban and now a 2017 Equinox. Jennings has or can get what I want. There service department is terrific with day and evening hours. My service manager Ken recommended working with Debbie Ress for my recent purchase. She was personable, helpful, yet not pushy. She made everything work with ease on my schedule, even picked me up and brought me to the dealer for the final purchase. More

LOVE JENNINGS CHEVROLET!! With all the dealerships out there, everyone has a choice on where they want to purchase their vehicles! I have lots of dealerships near my home, but With all the dealerships out there, everyone has a choice on where they want to purchase their vehicles! I have lots of dealerships near my home, but for me, I want to go buy from someone that I feel truly cares and gives the BEST customer service that is out there! I was in the market for a new vehicle - so I called my Sales contact at Jennings - Debbie Ress - and I let her know what I was looking for, what I could afford and Debbie MADE IT HAPPEN!! She put in lots of time to get me the vehicle I wanted and the payment I could afford. I would recommend Debbie Ress to ANYONE that is in the market for a new or used vehicle! She takes the time to really listen to what you need, and truly makes you feel like family!! From Debbie to Davis in the Finance Department to the service technicians that make sure your vehicle is "ready to go" for you - everyone is extremely professional, friendly and wants you to be happy with making Jennings your choice for all your vehicle needs! Thirty years a customer I have been buying cars at Jennings for over thirty years. I've gotten to know the two Jim's that run the place and our vehicle service representativ I have been buying cars at Jennings for over thirty years. Professional Service I brought my 'car in for routine service. The staff at Jennings is professional and helpful. Check-in was efficient even with three cars in front of me. The rep made recommendations for service in the near future, based on my service record and mileage, without pressuring me to get services I didn't need immediately. I like that you can see the bays where cars are being serviced. The waiting room and restroom are comfortable and clean. I was told approximately how long it would take and my car was ready to go within that time frame. Loved the red Camaro convertible in the showroom. More

They have one of the most professional staffs I have ever met or worked with. My buying experience was exceptional with regard to the how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. They have a very friendly and polite staff and everyone I encountered at the dealership made me feel welcome, and they all expressed their appreciation for my business. Chris Hallenberg took care of my order and delivery of my vehicle demonstrating his expertise, Davis handled the transaction paperwork making sure I understood everything along with pointing out additional warranties I might want to consider purchasing to protect my vehicle. I have never taken delivery of a vehicle so well prepared before, the Corvette was immaculate when I received it. The vehicle orientation was done very professionally and I drove away feeling very positive about the entire process. Great dealership - great people! More
