"You purchased your 2020 RAM truck in December 2021, and until you posted your reviews, we had not been made aware of any issues with the rear window leaking. The truck is a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with a 3-month/3000-mile comprehensive warranty and a seven-year/ 100,000 powertrain warranty. At the time of purchase, you were offered the opportunity to purchase an extended service contract which you declined. Since you have owned the vehicle for nearly six months, we will not be able to repair the truck at no charge. However, If you wish to bring the vehicle to our dealership, we will remove the headliner to determine the cause of the leak. I will then contact Stellantis, the manufacturer, and request that the leak be covered as a goodwill gesture. We do understand that you live 6 hours away from our dealership. An alternative to bringing it to us is that you could contact RAM Customer Service directly at 800-334-9200 and open up a claim on the repair. If approved, Stellantis/RAM will arrange to have the repair made at a dealership near you. Please let us know how you wish to proceed and how we can assist you. Jafields, We appreciate your review and apologize if you felt that Brandon didn’t serve you appropriately. The vehicle you were interested in was still in our shop, and as a result, Brandon was not able to give you a price on it as we did not yet know the cost of the repairs. I understand that Brandon relayed this to you, and you left. However, since then, you and I have spoken, and you were provided with the price of the vehicle including a discount. We called you when the vehicle was ready to test drive, but you failed to show up for two scheduled appointments, so we sold the vehicle to another customer.
