Had my Telluride in service for installation of a new tow hitch and harness. The install went smoothly and was completed in the timeframe Jim Butler Kia had promised. Was very happy with Keith Sutton in se hitch and harness. The install went smoothly and was completed in the timeframe Jim Butler Kia had promised. I have always had great experiences at Jim Butler Kia! I had a recall that needed to be serviced, so I took it to a dealership closer to my house. Ultimately, they never fixed the recall and just wanted I had a recall that needed to be serviced, so I took it to a dealership closer to my house. Ultimately, they never fixed the recall and just wanted to service the vehicle. So, I called Jim Butler. They were very informative and efficient. Recall was completed quickly. We were very happy.
