Dana leased me a 2017 explorer. With numerous issues has yet to correct the problems my sensors don’t work, turn signals don’t . They cause physical damage to my vehicle for a car wash. Initially I had a terrible experience in trying to schedule a service appointment. I was given an appointment date that was six months in the future. I called and spoke with Doug Hansen who basically schedule a service appointment. I was given an appointment date that was six months in the future. I called and spoke with Doug Hansen who basically told me that since I did not purchase the vehicle at their dealership I was not a priority to receive service. I initially left a scathing review of their service department due to having to wait several months to have my car's oil changed, and based on my conversation with Mr. Hansen. Once Keith Curran, who happens to be the General Service Manager saw my review, he reached out to me and had me bring the vehicle in the very next day. He ensured that my car was serviced promptly and apologized for the subpar treatment I had been receiving. I am rating their service department 5 stars due to my experience with Keith. He understood that the treatment I was receiving was less than ideal and worked to handle the issue promptly and professionally. My advice to anyone who may have an issue with the "service" department is to reach out to Keith. More

Although the service visit was for three recalls, I can't fault the dealer. The facility and service were of superior quality. The facility at Dana is brand new, they gave me a loaner and all the work was fault the dealer. The facility and service were of superior quality.
