For weeks he strung me along as if Dana Ford was going to make things right. It was another stroke job from the shadiest dealer in NY. Don’t make the mistake I made. Find your car elsewhere. These clowns should not be in business. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen on how Dana ford treats it customers. Don’t judge them on their good reviews…judge them on their bad ones. They don’t make the cars…they sell them. If theater going to take peoples money then they should stand by what they sell. Worst stealership ever!! More

I must say that Dana lincoln. Are well, respectful dealership. Every time. I have gone for service they really do have their act together. The only thing I must say about them is that I miss the danish and muffins they used to put out but also coffee or water. But other than that I have no complaints about this dealership at all I give it five stars. More
