After having the same car for 12 years, it finally crapped out on me a week and a half before I had a wedding 7 hours away to drive to. Needless to say I was panicking. My brother brought me to DLR to crapped out on me a week and a half before I had a wedding 7 hours away to drive to. Needless to say I was panicking. My brother brought me to DLR to shop around. We had planned to go all around the dallas area that day and it was suppose to just be a “see what’s around” dealership hopping day. But upon meeting with Kayla, we didn’t make it to another dealership. That girl is awesome! Never pressured me, asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, if I drove highway or city, up until then I didn’t even think it mattered but she showed me how the gas mileage is affected by where you drive the most, that was really cool! She asked me all kinds of questions and really cared about my needs and helped me figure out what I wanted. I was dreading this whole car buying thing and Kayla made it a breeze!!! Thanks for saving the day and saving me a lot of time and energy!!! More
