I made my choice and with in a couple of hours of arriving at the dealership, we were driving away in our new R-Line Passat. Zach gave us a very comprehensive demonstration of the vehicle and all of its features as well as an introduction to the service department staff. Perfect Day I was in the market for a new car and was ready for a change. (My old car was a Lexus 350). I have always been a fan of German cars and my son recommended that I check out the Alltrack. I walked in cold and Alex was quick to introduce me to the car. I test drove it, got some literature and thanked him for his time. I drove several other vehicles but decided this VW was for me. I went back to drive the car again and took my husband to show him. Again, Alex was very knowledgeable and competently addressed all of our questions. His enthusiasm and patience when showing me all my new car's options made the walk through a pleasure. More

Fell in love with the car at the auto show and Katie even helped us schedule an appointment with Zach for the following week. More
