I am not a fan of working with dealers, however this dealership has given me renewed hope! I had a 5-star experience! I was searching the country (I live in Colorado) for the right combination of price, miles, bluebook value, etc and found what I wanted at Don Thornton in Tulsa. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Zach Brown, the sales rep, was phenomenal to work with, I highly recommend him! He made the buying experience from out of state easy! He provided everything I needed to make the transaction seamless. He was honest, forthright, responsive, and friendly...They picked me up at the Tulsa airport, brought me to the dealership, and had me on the road in less than one hour. The car was meticulously detailed and ready to go. Everyone I worked with at the dealership were great! Thank you! More

I received such horrible service from this dealership. The day after I bought my vehicle the check engine light came on. The sales representative, Zachary Brown, all but blew me off when I contacted him a The day after I bought my vehicle the check engine light came on. The sales representative, Zachary Brown, all but blew me off when I contacted him about the issue. He made zero effort to help and told me I should call the service department on Monday. After getting my car serviced they said I needed a new part. They didn’t have it and it had to be ordered. Due to covid they said it could be close to three months. It has been almost a year and not one time did they call me to check in to let me know if the part was in. Just recently, in one of my many phone calls, did they finally say the part was in. Very poor customer communication and zero help from the sales representative after the sale was made. Very disappointed. More

Great job Zach Brown My granddaughter and I had just begun looking for a car for her 16th birthday. She was interested in a "yellow" beetle. We' asked the salesman that My granddaughter and I had just begun looking for a car for her 16th birthday. She was interested in a "yellow" beetle. We' asked the salesman that cane out. Zach Brown, of they had any yellow bugs. He said well no. Said he couldn't get one because they weren't making any more. He said, I've hit an orange one. So we went to look at it. Zach started telling us all the features, safety and cool things, like the convertible and my granddaughter said I love it! Zach convinced me of the safety, with the blind spot monitors and the roll bar. And how the doors lock into the car during a collision. That was my only downfall was that it is a very small car. I wanted her safe. We were sold! Never felt pressured or bothered by Zach, like some sales people do! Felt like he was shooting us straight. Gave us a terrific price, and we made a purchase! We both are very happy! More
