We have purchased multiple Benz's at MBTW and will go back next time we're in the market. Cannot say enough about how great our experiences have been with Katherine Stern. With Katherine, we don't feel like we have a salesperson but a friend in our corner who works honestly and diligently to find the Benz we were looking for each time (and we drive 2hrs each way to buy!) She carefully listens and is genuinely personable, knowledgeable and professional every time. Also big applause goes to the Service team who has always treated us with nothing but sterling service.
