Great Experience! Kari was excellent at communication! We worked with Kari Scherer for a number of weeks trying to find the right sedan and she always returned our texts, phone calls, in a timely manner. We worked with Kari Scherer for a number of weeks trying to find the right sedan and she always returned our texts, phone calls, in a timely manner. When we switched our sights towards and SUV, Kari didn't ditch us like some sales people would have done. She stayed in touch with us, was very patient, and helped us find the right SUV. We ended up buying a very nice RX350 and were very happy with the whole buying process. Would definitely ask for her by name if/when we shop there again! More
