We are so happy to hear about your positive experience with Karen. Regarding your second statement, the deal isn't complete until the car is delivered. Anyone can back out of the deal before then. Therefore, the car needs to be delivered into the customer's possession before we personalize it for them on the off-chance that the guest declines to complete the transaction (or other issues prevent completion). It's not just accessories, it's the labor that goes into it as well. In addition, some accessories are permanently installed. The manufacturer wants the car delivered to the guest in the configuration they built. We hope this helps you better understand the sales process.
