She made our first visit extremely easy to understand Wilsonville’s support and availability of new cars. We ordered our Outback Wilderness model, and began the waiting process. Karen made sure to keep us informed on arrival and set up our meeting to see the and test drive the Outback- (she came in on her schedule day off )as my schedule is difficult to make changes. My wife and I enjoyed the car buying process because of Karen’s Professional and easy-going personality. This vehicle is for my Bride of many years and her new Position at a local Hospital-her safety and travel in the PNW weather is the reason we choose the Outback, and it has lived up to our expectations - and Karen made it a simple and easy going process. When I asked for the price, they gave me the full price from the beginning and that never changed even though I had to wait a month for the car I reserved to arrive. And they never played the games that I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I worked with the same sales advocate from beginning to end, no handoffs to the high-pressure “closer.” The Guest Advocate I worked with, Karen E, was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, extremely attentive to my needs, and utterly professional. I was absolutely dreading a typical car dealer brawl. She made the entire experience delightful.
