He was extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and helped us chose a Toyota Camry. Karen Carafano had the add ons we purchased installed in a short time. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We picked up our new car with no problem. Sohail Butt in finance was also very helpful and made registering the new car easy. We are very satisfied with Wallingford Toyota. We highly recommend it as we are previous customers and have always received the best service. More

Honest and Trustworthy I bought a Certified Toyota Avalon XLE Touring car this Dec. 2015. I have been buying cars from Toyota of Wallingford for over 28 years. I keep goin I bought a Certified Toyota Avalon XLE Touring car this Dec. 2015. I have been buying cars from Toyota of Wallingford for over 28 years. I keep going back because I think they are truly concerned about their customers. Never pressured to buy. When I chose the car I was interested in they were very helpful and concerned that I would be happy with my choice. They took time to tell me about the car and when I decided to go forward they went above and beyond to make me happy. I have bought 4 cars from here and my sons and their wives also purchase their cars here. There service department representative and technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They know I am a fanatic about my cars and even after owning a car for several years they help me keep it looking and running like it is brand new. More

Karen made things right There was an issue with service performed on one of the 2 new cars I bought from the dealership. I was first assured everything was O.K., and no acti There was an issue with service performed on one of the 2 new cars I bought from the dealership. I was first assured everything was O.K., and no action was taken, other than apparently a visual inspection. When it became obvious later that everything was not O.K., I contacted Karen by email on a Friday morning. She responded immediately and set up an appointment with the master technician to check it out. She also rode in the car with me and the technician during the test drive at which time the problem was identified and later confirmed by a thorough inspection. She personally oversaw the repairs, and assumed full responsibility for the previous oversight by the technician(s). I have never seen this kind of professionalism in auto industry or any other industry for that matter. She is definitely a valuable asset to the service department. Without her intervention, my ratings would have been much lower. More

Casey informed me it was a wheel bearing, and covered under ext. wa I took my 2008 Tacoma in front wheel noise. Thought it was transmission or tires. Casey informed me it was a wheel bearing, and covered under ext. warranty. Turns out it was much more than that. So I told Casey I needed a car and that was covered too. I was seven days without my truck, but Casey called me with an update every day. I work in retail, so I know what it's like to hear people complain and praise for good service. Sometimes it's not easy to make everyone happy. Today I praise the service department of Toyota of Wallingford . I will be back for a car when I am ready, and I will recommend to family and friends.
