Routine Service I had an appointment for a oil change, It took 2 hours, they did not rotate tires maybe because they are staggered on a Camaro SS but you would thin I had an appointment for a oil change, It took 2 hours, they did not rotate tires maybe because they are staggered on a Camaro SS but you would thing side to side would be possible. When they put air in each tire ( which they did ) you could see the greasy hand print at each fender to hold him or her up, which I proceeded to wipe off before I left the bay. maybe they notice and have correct that More

Vlad. If it weren't for Vlad and his absolute dedication to customer service. I would go someplace else. Noone else will look my way when I walk the door. Ex: yesterday, I came in and waited 5-10 minutes and NOONE said a word to me. The people not on calls, nor the people the ended their phone calls. Vlad was outside with another customer! But as soon as he came in the door he acknowledged me and took care of my 2017 that I bought from this dealership. I really don't feel welcomed, nor appreciated by your service team. This is why I feel that business isn't appreciated. If it's not, I can go somewhere else. More
