Firstly, I want to commend K-Sandra for her exceptional customer service. She was personable, well-informed, and went out of her way to assist me. However, there are some areas for improvement that I'd lik customer service. She was personable, well-informed, and went out of her way to assist me. However, there are some areas for improvement that I'd like to bring to your attention to enhance the overall buying experience in the future. When I completed all the paperwork late on a Saturday, I was given the option to take the car home immediately. I declined, as it was nearly 7 pm, and I wanted to be considerate of the detailing team's time. Living nearly an hour away, I returned on Monday to pick up my car, only to find it had not been cleaned. The dirt that was present during the test drive remained. K-Sandra graciously took it upon herself to do some quick cleaning, which I appreciated. Additionally, I had to make another trip to the dealership the following day due to a forgotten document. K-Sandra requested that the detailing team clean the car at that time, which it was definitely an improvement from the day before, although the moonroof in the back was still left untouched and almost looked as if the glass was foggy/sun damaged. On the technical side, I experienced some difficulty getting my Buick app and OnStar connected. While this was eventually resolved, I discovered that despite an alleged inspection, the car's tires hadn't been checked. Given that I was assured of a thorough inspection, this lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Finally, for a purchase exceeding $50,000, I would have expected the car to come with a full tank of gas. Having to stop for fuel on my way home detracted from the excitement of driving a new car.
