Working with Justin Rodriguez, my sales representative, made for a very pleasant experience of purchasing a new vehicle. He was professional, informative & made the purchase go so smooth. Justin did not pressure me nor bombard me with phone calls, text messages or emails. I returned a week after my first visit. It gave me time to think/review the 2 options he had presented to me...buy or lease. I bought a certified used car. The day after driving it off the lot, the car started to give me messages that I needed to refill coolant.
