I first had to deal with service dept do to a nail being in my tire. They patched up tire after that everything was fine. I live in an area where they’re doing construction heavy so maybe a couple wks to mo in my tire. They patched up tire after that everything was fine. I live in an area where they’re doing construction heavy so maybe a couple wks to month later I had 2 flat tires again. When taking car in it sat the entire wked I was told new tires were being ordered. When Monday came around no new tires they patched tires again. Mind me one of the tires is the one they had already patched so that leaves it to had been patched twice. I was told by service manager it looked like my car had been vandalized after I explained living in construction zone. Which it was out of place for him to even say that to me. Now that my tires have been patched my car hasn’t rode smooth since. I took back to service dept to get tires balanced to see if that was the issue. They told me my tires were perfectly balanced but car still isn’t riding smooth. At this point I’m at a road block don’t know what to do. I don’t normally do bad reviews but I’m an unsatisfied customer & only have car for going on 3 months now. I just want my car to ride smooth like it did before taking it in to be serviced. More

The customer service was horrible. I was told to bring my car in for diagnostic, they didn't inform me that they were 3 weeks behind until they had the car for a week. The service department is very disorganized. I was very displeased with the service I received. The GM nor the service manager was able to explain why my car was not ready when I came to pick I was very displeased with the service I received. The GM nor the service manager was able to explain why my car was not ready when I came to pick it up after receiving a call that it was. When I got there, it was sitting outside with the driver window down. I proceeded to enter the car, started it up to let the window up to find non of the functions worked. I was unable to lock the doors and or let the windows up or down. Not to mention when I took it in on the 16th of January, for it to be diagnosed, not kept. I called to find out it was being worked on and would not be ready until the following day. I took it in for clicking in the steering wheel. I then said I needed something out of the car since I was not expecting it to stay for me to get there and it took 30 minutes for them to find my keys. Now back to the day of pickup, I spent and additional 30 minutes standing around as they try to figure out what was wrong. To then be told it was not something that could be fixed right then, I would have to get it the following day. I was then offered a loaner which then turned into we don't have one. We will get you a rental. Twenty minutes later, oh the rental place do not have any cars. Now this is 2 hours of my time wasted that I cannot get back after being told my car was ready and now I have to cancel my plans because I have no way of getting around. All they could do was send a lift to take me to my destination. Hum, how about I work and had to spend additional money to get to and from. I stated years ago that I would never return to this dealership as the service had gone downhill since I purchased my car in 2013. I would much rather drive the distance than deal with Steve Schmitt Kia. Very dissatisfied customer. There should be an option for zero stars. More
