The service was fine. When I presented my coupon for the oil change the Tech stated that he would have to up charge me for 2 additional quarts of oil since the coupon was only good for 5 quarts. When I was oil change the Tech stated that he would have to up charge me for 2 additional quarts of oil since the coupon was only good for 5 quarts. When I was at home I discovered that my Tacoma only requires 6.2 quarts. So I was charged an additional $7 for oil I didn't receive. The $7 is not a big deal to me, but multiply that with all the oil changes the dealer does in a years time and that is a nice profit for them. I know the answer is that it's industry standard, but when you buy in bulk they should only charge for what they provide. It's not like the good old days! More

I was unable to schedule appointment online. HOWEVER, I called early in the morning, and was able to get my car in for service on that very day! I LOVED THAT!! we have given up on using the Molle Service department. Your Service reps are consistently pushing product and services and not prone to listen. My appointment was very pleasant and left me with the feeling once again, that I had chosen the best place to take care of my beloved RAVIV Ltd. The service agent who met me and saw me through my time t feeling once again, that I had chosen the best place to take care of my beloved RAVIV Ltd. The service agent who met me and saw me through my time there, was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and completely earned my trust. He kept me up with how things were going, and was open to conversation and questions I had about my car and paying for the work done. He took my coupon and even included another one he had for my my new battery purchase. He walked me out so I could find my car and gave me tips on future work I had in mind. I feel badly I don't know his name, but I felt he was sincere, cared, and I appreciated all he did to make my visit complete and painless. I'd highly recommend, and do, to my friends and family.
