Another Ford Focus Another Great Lease Deal This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's older car was worn out. On the last day of some lease specials, Justin was able to locate a white Focus that Sam wanted and get it done for us. They were busy last night as Ford and the dealership were closing out their specials, but Justin kept the process moving and Bob in Finance got us done in quick fashion. This was my son's first car buying/leasing experience which will build his credit with Ford behind the lease. I must also say the Ford Motor Credit was great with us on the last lease so I expect no problems with them on this lease for Sam. It is easy to see why the Car Pro Show recommends the Sam Pack family of dealerships when you have great people like Justin and Bob. Oh let me not forgot to say thanks to Sam in aftermarket sales as well. He put together a great deal for my son on window tint package just like he did for me on my Focus lease a couple of years ago. More

I never usually leave a dealership after a purchase and not feel as though I was put through the wringer, but I would say that this went smoother than other purchases that I have made over my lifetime. He helped me determine the best options for leasing or purchasing a new car and was able to put a deal together that allowed us to purchase vs. lease which was our preference. Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs! Bob Little was quick in getting the papework taken care of. Jimmy Matthews stepped in to help Justin when I came in to pick up the car. Jimmy went through the features of the car with me and ensured all my questions were answered. The overall experience was very positive and we will definitely recommend Five Star Ford to our friends! Amazing Experience I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient for a salesperson, but Justin never once made me feel like I was a burden. When I spoke to him at the very beginning of everything, I told him my situation and his exact words were "I'm not trying to sell you a car, I'm trying to help you get into a car you'll love." He understood all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and came up with the best solutions. He had gotten me approved and in the car I wanted without any hassle. They waited on us to arrive driving in from Palestine and we didn't arrive until after 9, but they waited and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When we left Palestine we had agreed to a deal and were on our way to get the Tahoe, then when we arrived, Justin met us in the parking lot, showed us the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and then took us into the finance department where the finance guy had gotten us an even better deal without us asking or questioning it! That to me is AMAZING service. Not to mention the dealership is immaculate. I know we live in Palestine, but we will definitely buy our future vehicles at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills! More

He then proceeded to answer all my questions about the car and discount options offered by Ford . I returned a second time and Diron was not available so Justin Allerheiligen stepped in to help. He took me to test drive a Ford Edge I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He also answered questions about cost and discounts available to me. He also explained the differences in the SEL and Limited Edge. He provided a brochure so I could decide which options were most important to me. Since the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted, he located one in Oklahoma for me. Diron went to pick up the vehicle so I could have the vehicle ASAP. I returned 2 days later to purchase. Justin got all paperwork in order and showed me how to operated the touchscreen and lights,etc. He let me know if I had any questions on how to operate anything, I could always call him or attend a class. Tut did the financing paperwork and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained everything very well. Diron also told me if I had any questions about anything, the dealership offered classes on Saturdays. Everyone was very helpful and nice and knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond what I expected to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted as soon as possible and all paperwork was done in a timely manner. Thank you for a great car buying experience.
