We had changed our minds a couple times at the dealership with model type and it was not a problem to get a car for us from another lot. and guide us to what our need where for a vehicle. My husband had an 2008 Escape and got a 2017 Escape, he just loves his new suv, a big difference from his old Escape. And I got another Fusion, I just love the comfort and the smooth ride. I called 5 Star Ford about my old Fusion coming to the end of it"s lease, and I got Justin who answered the phone. He was extremely helpful in telling me about the turning in my car from it's lease and the procedure. He never bothered me at any point the month before the lease expired, like some salesmen. He emailed the week before and ask I was still interested and I was glad he was our salesman. I have only lived in Texas for 2 years, and was so glad 5 Star Ford is close to my house and an awesome place. More

The General Manager is extremely personable and you can actually shake his hand if you are fortunate to encounter him in the showroom. We fight the loop traffic getting there from Arlington, but wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Our salesman, Justin, stays focused on you, putting nothing else first 'even if you are with him for the whole day' like we were on New Years Eve 2016! They are not high pressure and permit the guest/customer take the time needed to be certain about their vehicle investment. The only area of improvement is the time to register the vehicle, waited on tags about 30 days, however, to their defense it was end-of-year sellout and they most likely dealt with a ton of vehicle sales during December - January. More

I did have an Idea on how much I wanted to pay monthly but I came into Ford Dealership in NRH late afternoon one day and talk to Justin Allerheiligen. I did have an Idea on how much I wanted to pay monthly but he gave me fast options on what would be a best fit for me. It came down to 2 cars and the only difference was the color of the vehicle. He was kind enough to let me know the differences to the vehicles and also offered me and Edge but I leaned more towards the Fusion. This is my first time leasing a car/having a car in my name only and he made it easy and definitely not frustrating. thank you! More
