The Best New Car buying experience we've ever Had! Our Ford Focus was towed to Sam Pack 5 Star Ford, after 3 years of driving a Great Fun Car! However it was not any fun when it wouldn't go. We called Our Ford Focus was towed to Sam Pack 5 Star Ford, after 3 years of driving a Great Fun Car! However it was not any fun when it wouldn't go. We called Sam Pack in NRH.The service Dept guy Michael gave us a Sales name, after my husband asked Michael if we could talk to someone about our Car. We went right then! He was out in the lobby speaking with another person, but quickly asked us if he could help us. He was the one we were looking for. He took us to his office, began to check out all the details, and even after a Storm Surge knocked the computers down, he kept working, and making us feel important. After a short while we were walking out to Drive away in our New Car! When I say short; It was about 8;30 or 9;00 when we sat down, and about 12;30 when we left. I am pretty sure that's a record! We HIGHLY recommend Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford in NRH,TX, and all the people that helped us with buying our NEW Ford Car! More

I asked him if there was any way he had the same truck in another color. He went to work found it and then dropped everything to go get it on a very busy Saturday. He did this knowing I would take the truck he had ready if the other truck wasn't out there. He could of had me out the door and on to another sale. I honestly believe most salesmen would have taken the easy road and give me an excuse why I should just take the ready truck. I will purchase again with Justin. More

Salesmanship Above Reproach I have been coming to Five Star Ford since 2012 when my wife leased a Ford Edge, I purchased a Lariat. We got great deals on those vehicles and incred I have been coming to Five Star Ford since 2012 when my wife leased a Ford Edge, I purchased a Lariat. We got great deals on those vehicles and incredible customer service. Justin Allerheiligen was so dedicated to getting us in vehicles and payments we needed. He worked with me via email and over the phone for probably 3 months before we made the deal. After that when it was time for new ones we were back again for another great deal. This time Justin called and let me know they had a great sale going on so we came in and took advantage of more great service and two more excellent car deals. This most recent experience is why we won't buy a Ford from anyone but Justin allerheiligen...he cares. He doesn't try to convince you can spend more money that you can or put you in a note that leaves you financially strapped. From a business standpoint, he's like an excellent billiards player, each shot he makes...is setting up the next one. We already know what kind of shape and where we'll be at for our next round of vehicles and that looks outstanding as well. Cheers Justin, you're the only salesman I've ever met that I don't hate! Get this guy in a bigger office with a more cozy chair! More
