I don’t know why I ever go to any other dealership besides this one. Because they do such a good job and make the process of buying a vehicle so easy. I went to another Toyota dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of information on price or available vehicles. The other Toyota dealership was your typical song and dance when it comes to buying a car which is extremely aggravating. Justice, the gentleman that helped me, made everything so smooth. In less than an hour they had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The only place I will ever shop for a Toyota now is Toyota of Cleveland. More

When my car got damaged by the tornadoes, I considered trading in for a new one. I contacted Justice, we picked a car, and most everything was handled online and over the phone. Distance buying car 1st time I"ve ever bought my car without first seeing it in person and they were super helpful. They provided lost of pictures, CarFax, etc. before I 1st time I"ve ever bought my car without first seeing it in person and they were super helpful. They provided lost of pictures, CarFax, etc. before I contacted them and after I contacted them had received some more specific pictures (without really to have to ask for them) and an offer to video walk around the car. They were also very helpful with the transportation of the car and meetup to sign the documents despite some hiccups on my end. Thank you guys! More

Great Experience We knew the 4-runner we we were wanting to purchase, we were looking for the best price and best customer service group to work with on our purchase. We reached out with an internet search and was promptly contacted by Nathan Walker. He provided all of the information we requested, as well as pictures, of the vehicle we were interested in. Once we went to "test drive" the 4-runner, we worked with Justice Goodner. We considered 2 different 4-runners and he answered all of our questions about both. Once we decided on the one we wanted, Justice was with us throughout the entire purchasing process. The entire staff were extremely friendly and made us feel as though they appreciated our business. From start to finish this was a terrific experience and I got the vehicle I've always wanted! More
