I had explained that I was leaving the dealership to drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and gett drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and getting a prompt that my car was still being serviced. Finally got tired off waiting and went to the front where I saw my car. The work had been completed for some time. The person that I had signed in with, was sitting at her desk joking and laughing with other representatives. When I asked about my car, and pointed to it. She shrugged and said, "my bad." I wasn't impressed. More

The new service department is impressive. The service advisor and others I interacted with were friendly and answered all of my questions. The waiting rooms were clean and either kid friendly, TV or quiet, depending on your desire. The free coffee and snacks were welcoming. The service took a little longer than expected, but they also washed my car at the end of it. More
