I had explained that I was leaving the dealership to drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and gett drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and getting a prompt that my car was still being serviced. Finally got tired off waiting and went to the front where I saw my car. The work had been completed for some time. The person that I had signed in with, was sitting at her desk joking and laughing with other representatives. When I asked about my car, and pointed to it. She shrugged and said, "my bad." I wasn't impressed. More

The new service department is impressive. The service advisor and others I interacted with were friendly and answered all of my questions. The service took a little longer than expected, but they also washed my car at the end of it. More
