The Srv Mgr, Monica, was very nice and showed us she has the experience for being a Srv Mgr. She explained everything that had to do with the repare of oureverything that was done to the car. No too good of an experience took more than half a day to get a simple recall and an oil change. Also got a tire "REPAIRED" GOT HOME TO LAREDO TX AND WAS FLAT AGAIN. took it to a repair shop and found 3 to get a simple recall and an oil change.
