Great service for repair of vehicle under warranty Great service for the repair. The water pump cratered at 6 am, picked up by 10 and delivered to Lithia. Into service bay and repairs started by 1 pm Great service for the repair. The water pump cratered at 6 am, picked up by 10 and delivered to Lithia. Into service bay and repairs started by 1 pm. Picked up vehicle around 4 pm. Floor mat on driver's side full of muddy footprints. Obviously no paper mat put down to protect carpeted floor mat and surrounding carpeting. Only beef with service. But..... Durango dropped off with carpet clean and mud free. Picked up and had to be vacuumed. Didn't realize was dirty until got out of vehicle at first stop. More

Great and Pleasant experience Our fuel pump quit working while we were at the shopping center. We called Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge as we still were under warranty. They sent a tow truck at no charge to us and provided us with a loaner vehicle. The service was great and friendly. I would use them again. More
