Took my truck in to get a 2nd key programmed and the ford pass connected. Josie Parker was super helpful in getting all this completed for me in a timely manner. I asked about what they clean the dash with a pass connected. Josie Parker was super helpful in getting all this completed for me in a timely manner. I asked about what they clean the dash with and she comes out with a surface care box and tells me to enjoy. It’s been a great experience so far and I will be coming back for sure.
