Your dealership is very impressive and your vehicles and sales personnel are good ! However it took way too long to get the paperwork done because of printing issues that resulted in me really not even seei sales personnel are good ! I was never shown the document!! When I took delivery of the car we did not have much time to have functions explained to me Upon driving at night I found the headlights were not very bright as there is a film on the lenses. It took 6 phone calls to get a reply and when I finally got service this was not covered I'm a nasa engineer and I feel the ball was dropped in the conveyance of warranty info I finally 4 days later got the warranty e mailed to me!! The car is nice but any request to adjust issues was greater with its sold as is. This is infinity not Kia and would expect more personal device to make it right!! As of today I'm rather let down that a manager never called to see what he could do.. Thank you for asking More
