Bought a new 2017 GTI Me and my wife went into the dealership pre approved from our credit union. Santos was our sales person! I have bought a car from him in the past. They were able to sell us the car we wanted for the amount we were pre approved for! Over all great experience! More

How can I make this huge purchase without feeling as though someone is pressuring me or giving me a "sales pitch," telling me what they think I want to hear just to make the sale. AND, of course - how can I get a decent deal without much haggling?" Enter Mei Kei and Heritage Subaru of Owings Mills. For the approximate year I spent looking for a car, the people at the dealership, especially Mei Kei and John W, made me feel comfortable - there was NO pressure to buy. And then, when I was really ready Mei Kei was there. Mei Kei listened - to my preferences, to my many questions, researched and provided answers, followed up, and was incredibly patient as I asked my questions and went for multiple test drives. I came away very satisfied I was very pleasantly surprised by the car buying experience with Santos at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. Excellent no pressure experience My wife and I were unexpectedly needing to replace a vehicle on very short notice. After visiting several other dealers with very questionable sales t My wife and I were unexpectedly needing to replace a vehicle on very short notice. After visiting several other dealers with very questionable sales tactics and constant pressure to move us toward a new car we were exhausted by the process. We found a few used vehicles on the heritage subaru website and made an appointment to test drive. The stafff was helpful and patient and our salesman Matthew Streete helped us to find the perfect car. I was appreciative of the difference that was evident in the entire experience at Heritage. I will continue to bring both of our Subaru's there for service and I fully expect I will but my next car there as well. More

I can't say enough good things about Santos he kept me up to date with everything, where things were in the process, he answered all my questions, eased any concerns I had, and even followed up with me after I bought my car. He truly embodies the values of Subaru. If you are looking for a car and want to be treated like a queen (or king!) go see Santos!! More
