Even though Joshua is now in a management position, he was willing to speak to us and help us along in this buying decision. Our sales rep, Josh Howell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have purchased three vehicles from 5 Star Ford in NRH. One of those vehicles is a 2013 Focus. I was in the market to buy a new Ford Fusion. I did all my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. Looking at dealerships came next; Five Star in North Richland Hills had the selection and so I cont my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. Looking at dealerships came next; Five Star in North Richland Hills had the selection and so I contacted them. I emailed the Internet sales team and Jim Rich immediately replied and assured me that he was the person to put me in the car I wanted. I gave him a little bit of a hard time in my email, telling him that my time was valuable to me and I didn't want to sit at the dealership all day. He did a great job lining up a few vehicles for me to test drive and I was sold within 90 minutes. I picked my car and returned the next business day to sign documents, give them my trade in and pick up my fantastic new Fusion. It was fast friendly and not stressful in the least.
