I brought car in because brake inspection for car per Ford App is way over due. Manager with dark hair got in car stomped on brake and said brakes are fine. They said it was inspected when I bought car t Ford App is way over due. Manager with dark hair got in car stomped on brake and said brakes are fine. They said it was inspected when I bought car three weeks ago. With brakes making a sound when stopping car you would think they would have pulled the wheels to make sure they didn’t miss something! Just want to get you to go away and not bother them. More

The ford has my car for a month they didn't fix it , they said that they don't know what the problem was and charged me 230 dollars for nothing. Beside that I had to pay a the tow company more the 200 dollar said that they don't know what the problem was and charged me 230 dollars for nothing. I was very disappointed with my last visit to your service center. I called ahead and got an estimate for the work to be done only to find out that the estimate was grossly quoted. 2011 Ford Taurus Service department is excellent at Sunrise. Needed two new tires and an alignment. Did not have an appointment and car tires were ordered and alignmen Service department is excellent at Sunrise. Needed two new tires and an alignment.
