This is the second review That I have written. The first one was erased for no reason. My car buying experience with Ken was really pleasant. He treated me with courtesy and was very professional. He made the whole process flow very smoothly. I never felt pressured to buy anything and my new car was delivered to me in pristine condition. I have purchased 3 new Mercedes from this dealership; 2 GLE 300’s and a 2022 AMG GT43. This car is Jupiter Red and it shines like a new coin! I’ve already had many people tell me how much they like it. The interior is machiano beige and it is unique and beautiful. Please thank Ken again for making the whole process fun and exciting. Had a issue with the car as I was driving it home after the purchase and sent a text to the salesman but never heard back. Issue is still there and as of today I had not heard back.
