Doug Siegel and the entire sales and finance staff were a pleasure to deal with. There were no hidden fees or up charges of any kind, a very straight forward dealership. Harry Sugarman in finance got me a very competitive rate in these crazy times, and I did everything through them. I must mention Adam Barton in the service dept. We moved to Naples in 2021 and brought our Mercedes with us from out of state. He has treated us as if I had purchased 10 cars here at Bonita Springs. With all respect to the others, Adam is the main reason I bought a new GLE 350. More

Comfortable seating and refreshments in waiting area. It was a pleasure working with our salesperson, Doug. Highly knowledgeable and courteous. Doug saw to it that my vehicle was delivered on time as expected and kept clear lines of communication open. My 2023 GLE 350 even had a bow on it at the time of purchase!
