My experience’s at dealerships has not been great over the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite. Marc especially made me feel at home and did everything h the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite. Marc especially made me feel at home and did everything he could to make me very satisfied and I was. Since then Marc has responded immediately about any concerns about the car. Including his days off. I will be buying again from Marc!! More

Great Service! Asher and Joe were great in helping me upgrade my car to a new Escape!! The Best! We just bought a car today and can't thank everyone enough, especially our salesman Eric. Not only did they bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable, but they worked with us to find the exact features we wanted. Quite frankly, I was shocked when Eric's manager Joe came to us and showed us the car we wanted. I thought he was just showing us a printout of what we asked for because every other dealer we had been to told us our ideal car didn't exist. I was literally speechless. But it was an actual car with everything we wanted. And needless to say they worked with us to get the maximum rebates and discounts available or I'd be happy, but not this happy :) About as hassle free as it gets and the best car buying experience I ever had. I could kick myself for not coming here first. Thank you everyone at Lester Glenn Ford. PS. I'm from Toms River and didn't even know Lester Glenn had Fords until now. More

A complete nightmare and huge disappointment I have never had such a negative experience while dealing with a company. I leased my first car with Lester Glenn Ford, which I intended to buy beca I have never had such a negative experience while dealing with a company. I leased my first car with Lester Glenn Ford, which I intended to buy because I had plans to move back out west, where I lived prior. My car has been nothing but absolute trouble, and the customer care is even more horrendous. To this point, my car has been in the service department collectively over 45 days. Not only does the Bluetooth system inside of the car fail about every other month, but also my transmission has had to be rebuilt TWICE. I knew something was wrong in the beginning, when the odometer read 263.2 miles when I first stepped foot in the car, and my paperwork said 13 miles. I asked for a certified letter stating that the dealership acknowledged this, and am still yet to receive that letter nearly two years later. I voiced concern about my car feeling like it was jerking when accelerating and I was told it was not the transmission, but the gas that I put in the car. No matter how much I argued that this could not be-because I got a 2015 car, supposedly new, in the year 2015, they would not look further. Turns out, right when the warranty ended and it was no longer under lemon law, they decided it actually was the transmission and they had to completely rebuild it. I have also been told that there is actually no known solution when it comes to fixing the system inside of the car… but what I can do is simply disconnect and reconnect the battery in my car. So simple. That is what I pay for-to do it myself. Every time the car is reset at the dealership, they leave the center console in the year 2000- great customer service. Not only that, just in the past week alone I have called 3 times, and no one returned my call. Prior to that, the general manager has been told to call me on exactly 4 different occasions and never does. The higher up customer care department also called me once and then did not follow up. Now-this car is a piece of garbage, the dealership treats me like xxxx, and also makes it very apparent that my business does not matter. My former employer went in to purchase a new truck at this dealership, and when he brought up my name, the employees in the showroom started to mock me. I am 24, this is my first car, and this is the experience I have had. It was great to hear how nice everyone was to him, being that he is not someone they would not assume is young and stupid. The only time Mitch- the general manager, decided to have me come in to discuss options to compensate for the amount of time and money I have lost because of not having my own or a loaner vehicle, the guy sat behind his desk and was making a salesperson run back and forth to relay messages from him. Not once did he come out, get up out of his chair, or even shake my hand or seem remotely apologetic. Instead, I had to go walk into his office, where he sat in his chair like an arrogant xxxxxxx, and told me that I can pay 400 dollars a month for another Ford. The dealership initially knew that I was going to buy out the vehicle I leased because this was going to build car credit. Now, they act like no one ever knew that. A really nice touch from the dealership is when I am told I have to bring the loaner vehicle back in the middle of a work day. So, after working a 12 hour day as a nanny, I go to the dealership to pick up my car and drop off the loaner. Three times this has happened, and each time it’s either all the way in the lot in the back or somewhere on the side where there are no lights. No employee offers to pull the car up, nor do they have it ready despite knowing that I am coming. It is not right, nor is it safe, that any customer has to walk through an unlit parking lot when it is dark to find their vehicle, especially in the area where the dealership is located. Do not ever get a vehicle from this dealership. The service is absolutely horrible. Parents-if your child is looking for their first car-please advise against this. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. More

feeling great driving my new ford escape! i leased a beautiful ford escape with a sport package. it has cd player, heated seats, auto windows, keyless entry. its has tricked out rims and i o i leased a beautiful ford escape with a sport package. it has cd player, heated seats, auto windows, keyless entry. its has tricked out rims and i opted for the tire and rim package. the dealer provides free oil changes and carwashes too! i couldnt be happier driving this car. the dealership has access to a large inventory with vast options and packages. my car was clean and ready to go after we finished the paperwork. i got such a great deal on my lease, i felt like i practically stole the car! i never left a dealership happy with a deal and feeling like i didnt have to sacrifice an option or pay more than i wanted. but i left lester glenn feeling like i got more than i paid for! thank you eric and mitch for helping me drive away with a sporty and safe care for me and my family! i will definately recommend you to my friends and family. More

Lester Glenn Ford is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph Frank for my new car and cannot say enough about how efficiently, honestly and quickly he was able to get me driving my fully loaded Ford Fusion! He asked me what I needed, what I could afford and within minutes had me approved!!!! He never pushed me but always offered support and wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car he had a sales associate, Ashur Hayes, help me with my paperwork. Ashur was so patient with me. He explained all the features my car offered and even helped me link my phone! I am still shocked everytime I open front door and see my beauty in the driveway. They're all about you! I was interested in a used jeep in mint condition they had on their lot, the night I went in to see it I was offered an amazing deal. It was a "tonight only" special, however, when I told the guys I would not be leaving with it tonight, they told me they would stand by their deal if I were to come back. Joe jumped through hoops to get me the rate I wanted along with an amazing deal. Throughout this process they were so patient and attentive! I'm gonna recommend this place to everyone I know going to buy a new car. The only downfall they did have with me was the morning I went to pick up my jeep, I noticed there was a ding in the door, an obvious sign of someone swinging their door open and hitting it. When I noticed it they said they would call me to make an appointment to fix it and I haven't heard from them. They still get 5 stars because everything they did, they went above and beyond and I trust theyll get this dent fixed for me! More
