Good sales from Jose Villota, But My sales person did a great job getting me a good purchase of the 2018 CRV EX model. The delivery was ok, except there was no owner manuels and the w My sales person did a great job getting me a good purchase of the 2018 CRV EX model. The delivery was ok, except there was no owner manuels and the windshield washer fluid needed one pint of fluid, when I checked the next day After delivery. And worst ongoing problem is the dealership has still Not sent my $2000.00 owed me from the difference of my trade in vehicle to the purchase price paid, meaning I applied most trade in monies to the purchase, but am still due $2000. I have to file a small claim to recoup my $2000.00, since Honda Millenium seems to continue holding my money. More
