Jose is the BEST he explains everything to you except for me he has to do it twice cause I wasn’t listen but anyway he is very sweet and he knows what he is doing. Dropped truck off at 8:00 am for repair of transfer case seal leaking as scheduled. I was informed that the repair would probably take four hours to complete. Received courtesy ride home - driver very nice seal leaking as scheduled. I was informed that the repair would probably take four hours to complete. Received courtesy ride home - driver very nice. I called service center at 3:55 pm to check on status. Was put on hold for 25 minutes - hung up - called back - told receptionist not to put me on hold and to see what status on my vehicle was. Spoke with Jose whom informed me they were working on the truck. I asked him if I was going to have my vehicle back today. He would have to call me back. 30 minutes later received call from Jose and he informed me that the truck repair was completed and it was ready for pick-up. I declined courtesy ride and had a neighbor take me to the service shop. Cabin filter replacement identified on 4-22-24 was completed at this time also. I understand repairs can have unavoidable time delays, but I feel status update could have been provided during the day since the repair was taking longer than anticipated. More

Truck was scheduled for oil change at 7:30 am. 7:40 checked in. 8:58 received walk around from tech with issues. I sent message to Jose at 9:32 to check status and fix plan with no response from J 7:40 checked in. 8:58 received walk around from tech with issues. I sent message to Jose at 9:32 to check status and fix plan with no response from Jose. Walked over to service and saw truck in return line. Found Jose, truck was done - replacement of cabin filter had to be scheduled with fix of transfer case seal since they already had the truck for 2-1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Also was charged $38.00 for a new oil plug since the screw head was stripped. Mind you, this is a new truck that has had two oil changes, both completed by this shop. Truck was scheduled for repair of transfer case seal Wednesday 4-24-24 - See next rating. More

I like going there because of Jose in the service department he is very nice and professional. I was there for an oil change at noon per my appointment. It took 2 hours to complete the oil change. If the oil change was not part of the service plan I purchased I would take my car to another provider. It took 2 hours to complete the oil change.
