Khaled Jamal, Jose Soriano, and Alex Hurlimann were the three people who participated in my lease of a 2023 ID.4. Carlos Alvarenga provided answers to some of my questions the next day. I have to say that all of them were professional, friendly, communicative, and were prepared to answer questions. Special thanks go to Khaled and Jose with whom I had the most interaction. I came to find out about availability of the 2024 ID.4 and after talking with Khaled ended up leasing a 2023 for 24 months. I really appreciate Khaled's taking the time to understand what I was looking for and to offer alternatives that I hadn't considered. It took me months to get the key that I was told certified vehicles get. I was told it’s actually requirement.
