His honesty and knowledge of the vehicle in comparison to all the other dealership salesmen I had previously encountered impressed me. It was a completely different experience from the rest. Jose worked diligently with me to ensure that I was getting the best deal possible for the car I was purchasing. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership to speak to Jose. More

We even decided to go and forget about it, but Jose another sales rep couldn't believe that we were walking away over nonsense, so he talk to us and went into details about the safety of the car and other tons of facts about Acura and the MDX model that we didn't know nor realized that were more important than the little issues that we were so upset about. So he took his time, and with tons of patience talked to us and change our view of what was more important. I truly give him credit and respect the way he works. Jose is not the typical sales person, he talk to you with facts and gives you accurate information and has knowledge of what he is selling. This was not the first dealer or MDX that we went to or test drove, and he closed the deal with us because of his knowledge and trust on what he was selling. He did a great job! Thanks! More

Didn't take long, and before I knew it, I was swapping out my 2008 Civic for a 2011 MDX. I've owned many Honda's and Acura's in the past, and I'm glad Paragon Acura has kept that tradition going. If you're looking for a great car at a great price, this is the dealership to do it. Go see J. Perez, you'll be glad you did. More

Would never come back! Told a used car was on lot . After I tried contacting to see if it was there I had no call back. I went to dealer in person a hour and half away. To find out after 30mins that the car was running rough and that it was in a outside shop. After being told I can't see that car I walked around and saw the car in a parking garage on the lot . I was lied to and if I would have been told the car was there but couldent be sold or the truth it would be a different story . But I will never return or reccomend the dealership. More

Stay away from this dealer Financed a vehicle over a month ago and plates have not arrived to my house. Temp tags have expired, which they won't extend, I've called them to see Financed a vehicle over a month ago and plates have not arrived to my house. Temp tags have expired, which they won't extend, I've called them to see why the delay and they cannot give me a straight and clear response. Called DMV and was told the dealer has not processed documentation for registration (even though they have charged me $345 for "registration fees"). Very bad costumer service and poor professionalism on their part. Took a day off work to go see them, Sales Manager told me that there was nothing he could do and would give me a call back, still waiting on that call. It appears they are having problems with the vehicle title. Seriously thinking on taking legal action. More
