BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! I came for service only and had no intention to purchase. Their was and is nothing wrong with my truck. Just a scheduled oil change. While I waited, I did what most guys do. I went to the sales side just to look and ended up with a deal my wife and I could not refuse... and I don't even miss my truck! Thank you Five Star Ford for what my wife and I consider the BEST professional dealership experience EVER!!! More

We always go back to Alfred as our sales person because of his friendly, helpful and knowledgeable expertise. Anthony in Finance is absolutely great! We came back to 5 Star Ford to buy a new F 150 For Truck. We have known Marisa Thompson for several years and we contunue to purchase vehicles from her. She represents your company very well. Marisa is a positive and competent professional in her business of selling Ford vehicles. She is the main reason why we keep coming back. Also, during our visit, we met Joshua Fichter, the Director of Operations, who also was a lot of help. Bob Little, of finance, was also very cordial and professional in handling our paper work for the purchase. In closing, I also met Jose Garza in the service department after our bed liner and step rails were installed. He was also very good at keeping contact with us as to when our vehicle would be ready for pick up.
