I was looking for a late model Chevy/GMC 3500 dually. After searching locally with hardly any inventory at the price I was looking for I started looking nationwide. I ran across a Certified Preowned 2020 After searching locally with hardly any inventory at the price I was looking for I started looking nationwide. I ran across a Certified Preowned 2020 Chevy 3500 High Country, that checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I worked with Maximo to negotiate the price and secure the deal. Within the week I was on a plane to hand them a check and make the 2200 drive home. I have bought a lot of cars and trucks, the team I was working with, Maximo(Sales), Jorge(Sales Manager), and Marco(Finance) was probably the best I have ever dealt with. We have plans to retire in North Texas, but will certainly make the drive to buy from Beck and Masten again. More

The person that I dealt with by email and phone was the person I thought I was going to be dealing with and she referred me to the manager on the day I was scheduled to see the car. I did not purchase the vehicle because there is some type.of GPS system that is built into their final price. The GPS system equipped by the dealership is redundant due to the fact that the manufacturer already equips the car with a really good system More

It all started with a phone call. I called to inquire about stock #SK203 which I was told was in stock. I then received a call from Maximo Garcia the salesperson letting me know the v I called to inquire about stock #SK203 which I was told was in stock. I then received a call from Maximo Garcia the salesperson letting me know the vehicle was in stock. I informed him that I had newborn baby and needed to buy a vehicle with urgency, and I needed to get as much as possible over the phone so I can just get there and sign the paperwork. We spoke a few times and had agreed to a price which he text me screenshot of the total drive out that was our agreed price including tax, title and license. Upon everything being agreed. We submitted credit to get the financing part done. He requested pictures of DL, insurance and additional photos. I responded to all his request of information because I was under the impression that price was agreed upon and it was not just the financing part done. I sent all the requested documents and waited. I then received a phone call from Maximo Garcia stating that he had talked to his sales manager Jorge Gomez, and we had an issue. The total drive out of the vehicle had changed by 4K because his manager could no longer honor the deal that was agreed upon. Playing the usual bait and switch between him and his manager. He then called me and said price had only changed $1500 dollars. My biggest gripe is the fact that I take care of my credit and sales person and manager had no issues lying to me about a what I thought was a done deal and pulled my credit. I will get this all the way to the GM and General Motors themselves because credit is nothing to play with specially when they are just being sleezy. BEWARE ALL CUSTOMERS OF THE TYPE OF BUSINESS BEING RAN AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO ANY EXTENT AND PULL YOUR CREDIT EVENTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT BEING SINCERE ABOUT THE CAR DEAL!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU PRICE IS AGREED UPON. More
